You must be legally authorized to represent yourself or the business you register on the Platform.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Restricting access to your account.

• All activities conducted under your account.

DiamondAtlas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Suppliers may create company profiles and business listings subject to review and approval.

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to represent the listed business.

• All submitted information is accurate.

• You possess any required licenses, registrations, certifications, or permits.

• Your listing does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

DiamondAtlas reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings at its sole discretion.

DiamondAtlas may offer verification services, badges, membership indicators, or other trust signals.

Verification indicates only that certain information has been reviewed at a specific point in time and does not constitute:

• A guarantee of legitimacy.

• A recommendation.

• A warranty of financial stability.

• A guarantee of product quality.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

DiamondAtlas may offer Freemium, Premium, VIP, and other membership plans.

Membership benefits may vary depending on the selected plan.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Downgrades do not entitle users to partial refunds.

• Unused membership periods are non-refundable.

• DiamondAtlas reserves the right to modify pricing, features, and membership structures.

Changes to existing subscriptions will take effect at the next renewal period unless otherwise specified.

Users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Impersonate another person or business.

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent content.

• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.

DiamondAtlas is not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers and assumes no responsibility for:

• Product authenticity.

• Delivery obligations.

• Payment disputes.

• Contractual disputes.

• Financial losses.

Users should independently verify suppliers and products before entering into any commercial relationship.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, graphics, databases, and materials on DiamondAtlas are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Redistribute

• Modify

• Reverse engineer

any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

DiamondAtlas may provide AI-powered search, recommendations, or business discovery tools.

Such tools are intended to assist users and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results.

Users should independently verify any information provided through AI-generated responses.

DiamondAtlas does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

DiamondAtlas processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

DiamondAtlas makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Suitability of products or services.

• Uninterrupted access to the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondAtlas and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages.

• Consequential damages.

• Loss of profits.

• Loss of business opportunities.

• Loss of data.

• Reputational damages.

DiamondAtlas may suspend or terminate any account or listing at any time where:

• These Terms are violated.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• False information is provided.

• Continued access may harm the Platform or its users.

Termination does not entitle users to any refund unless required by law.

Diamond Atlas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
