Diamond Atlas users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

You can request deletion of your Diamond Atlas account by emailing info@diamondatlas.com from the email address associated with your Diamond Atlas account.

Please use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject of your email.

Once your account deletion request has been received and verified:

• Your Diamond Atlas account will be deactivated.
• Your associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
• The deletion process will be completed within 90 days.

Depending on your account and use of the Platform, deletion may include:

 Account and profile information

•  Name, email address and telephone number
•  Business profile information
•  Company listings
•  Uploaded photos, documents and other content
•  Messages and other account-associated information
•  Membership and account-related information
• 
  

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.

Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for as long as necessary and will then be securely deleted or anonymized.

If you do not want to delete your entire Diamond Atlas account but would like to request deletion or correction of specific personal information, please contact info@diamondatlas.com and describe your request.
